About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Tattoo Service Supervisor to join our team at Once Piercing & Beauty. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our tattoo studio, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Staff Supervision: Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, plan and control budget and inventory, and manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
  • Client Focus: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Beauty shop or aesthetic service.
  • Budgetary Responsibility: $500,001 - $1,500,000.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, attention to detail, and fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
