As a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor, you will leverage your exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities to motivate your team of diesel technicians, foster a positive work environment, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating, scheduling, and auditing vehicle maintenance tasks, encompassing preventative, mechanical, and electrical repairs for various vehicles.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
In this role, you will participate in the recruitment, training, and continuous development of vehicle maintenance technicians, ensuring that our skilled workforce meets the expectations of our clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet vehicle maintenance management, with a preference for candidates who have overseen technicians.
- At least 3 years of team leadership experience in a metrics-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and delegate tasks to meet customer demands

- 3-5 years of experience in fleet maintenance management preferred, or at least 3 years of team leadership in a performance-driven setting.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's or Technical School degree is preferred.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills are essential.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and web-based tools, is preferred.
- Consistent and reliable attendance is a critical aspect of this role.
- Willingness to travel as needed within the district for customer visits and training.

The associate will often need to use hands to handle, touch, and feel, as well as reach with hands and arms.
