Job Summary

Pride Fleet Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Fleet Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our fleet, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our fleet, including dispatching and scheduling.
  • Monitor and operate signal and track switch control panel to ensure smooth transportation operations.
  • Prepare production and other reports to track fleet performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Co-ordinate repairs and rentals to minimize downtime and ensure fleet availability.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work 30 to 42 hours per week.
