Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Fleet Foreman/Woman to join our team at Pride Fleet Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people, ensuring the smooth operation of our trucking fleet, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the trucking team, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor and operate signal and track switch control panel to ensure efficient fleet management.
  • Prepare and submit production and other reports to management.
  • Recommend personnel actions and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals of fleet vehicles.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.

Working Conditions:

  • 30 to 42 hours per week.
  • English language required.
