Job Title: Truck Fleet Foreman/Woman

Pride Fleet Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Fleet Foreman/Woman to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck fleet personnel, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on fleet performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Monitor and maintain fleet equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with dispatchers and other stakeholders to optimize fleet utilization and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of fleet personnel.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
