Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily client interactions at the retail level
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners
- Provide coaching and guidance to Sales Representatives
- Conduct training sessions for Retail Staff
- Organize and facilitate weekly training meetings
- Deliver Sales Assistance at various locations weekly
- Analyze market trends and report on product perception
- Plan and conduct training and launch meetings to ensure comprehensive product knowledge
- Monitor stock levels to meet product demand and provide feedback
- Support marketing initiatives through direct engagement with sales points
- Address issues impacting brand integrity and presence
- Communicate feedback to the Regional Field Manager and clients
- Assist in Go to Market strategies and promotional activities
- Set up promotional materials and support dealers during incentive events
- Offer strategic insights to enhance brand leverage
- Execute merchandising strategies
- Facilitate training at trade shows as required
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
- Recent graduate in a related field is preferred
- Sales experience in the home appliance sector is advantageous
- Demonstrated experience in the Home Appliance industry
- Prior experience in training or instructional roles
- Experience in high-value retail sales is beneficial
- Background as an outbound sales representative
- Experience as a Field Sales Consultant is a plus
- Track record of successfully training and motivating sales teams
- Willingness to travel within the market
