About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Operations Manager to join our team at Pro-Land Landscape Construction. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Budgeting

Develop and submit comprehensive project budget estimates, taking into account all necessary resources and materials.

Schedule Management

Plan, prepare, and monitor construction schedules and milestones, ensuring timely completion of projects.

Contract Negotiation and Administration

Prepare and negotiate contracts, revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Procurement and Supply Chain Management

Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.

Risk Management

Develop and implement risk management plans to mitigate potential threats and ensure project success.

Operations Oversight

Oversee the analysis of data and information, preparing reports to inform business decisions and drive project success.

Team Leadership

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring effective team performance and project delivery.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Experience

5 years or more of experience in construction operations, project management, or a related field.

Computer and Technology Skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software applications.

Language

Fluency in English.

Work Environment

40 hours per week, permanent position.
