About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Equipment Operator to join our team at PARAS CONSTRUCTION INC. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Heavy Equipment: Safely operate a variety of heavy equipment, including cranes, pile driving machines, and other machinery to perform tasks such as lifting, moving, and placing materials and equipment.
  • Conduct Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by leveling earth, removing rubble and debris, and performing routine maintenance work.
  • Assist in Construction Activities: Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction, operate gantry cranes to load and unload ship cargo, and perform other tasks as required.
  • Work Safely: Maintain a safe working environment by following safety protocols and procedures, and reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work collaboratively with other construction workers, supervisors, and management to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks: Assist in administrative tasks such as cleaning and piling salvaged materials, and performing other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
