Position Overview

Khinda Construction Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Construction General Manager to oversee our construction operations. This role is crucial for ensuring that our projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Manage and distribute material, human, and financial resources to align with organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Department Organization: Authorize and structure the formation of key departments and senior staff roles.
  • Coordination: Facilitate collaboration among various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Financial Oversight: Establish financial and administrative controls, approve promotional strategies, and oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
  • Strategic Planning: Set objectives for the organization and develop or endorse policies and programs.
  • Representation: Act on behalf of the organization in negotiations or official engagements, or delegate representatives as necessary.
  • Staff Selection: Choose middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel; empower them with the necessary authority and create optimal working conditions.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee a team of more than 20 personnel, ensuring effective management and support.
