Position Overview

Khinda Construction Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Construction General Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the successful execution of projects. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in construction management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Organization: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Financial Oversight: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and oversee overall human resources planning.
  • Objective Setting: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs accordingly.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate necessary authority and create optimal working conditions.
Supervision

Responsible for supervising a team of more than 20 individuals.

Experience Requirements
