Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Vivian Yau Desjardins Insurance Agency. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with our clients and helping them achieve their insurance goals.
Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition and Retention: Establish and maintain personalized relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge and Sales: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our insurance products and services, and use this expertise to educate clients and drive sales.
- Marketing and Business Development: Collaborate with our team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and grow our business.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of insurance products and services, including property and casualty, life, and health insurance.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to the success of the agency.
- Property and Casualty License: Must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty license.
- Life and Health License: Must be able to obtain a Life and Health license.
- College Diploma: College diploma in a related field, such as business or finance.
- Relevant Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, preferably in sales or customer service.
