About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team at Orbit Insurance Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs and building relationships with prospects to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to identify sales opportunities and build trust.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Accurately process account changes, maintain customer documentation, and prepare correspondence.
    • Document files and follow up on leads to ensure timely resolution.
  • Professional Development:
    • Stay current on company underwriting guidelines and market changes.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales and customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience:
    • AMF license or willingness to obtain within the first 60 days of employment.
    • Minimum of three years' experience in personal lines, automobile, and property insurance.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
    • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
    • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English and French.
