Job Description

Flying Falcon Logistics Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Truck Driver Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training of truck drivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that our drivers and equipment are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions, as needed.
  • Logistics Coordination: Co-ordinate repairs and rentals of equipment, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
  • Supervision: Supervise truck drivers to ensure they are performing their duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
