Job Title: Truck Driver Supervisor

Kahlon Trucking & Transport is seeking a skilled Truck Driver Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Truck Driver Supervisor to oversee our transportation operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising drivers, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train drivers to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate and schedule transportation activities to meet customer demands.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
  • Supervise a team of 11-15 people.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions:
  • Work under pressure.
