Job Title: Truck Driver Supervisor

Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Driver Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of truck drivers and ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of truck drivers and ensure they are meeting their performance targets.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and dispatch of trucks to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of driver performance, vehicle maintenance, and cargo handling.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues or concerns.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the transportation industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
