Job Title: Truck Driver Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Driver Supervisor to join our team at M H Dhaliwal Trucking Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Truck Driver Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of truck drivers, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of driver hours, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement training programs for drivers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
