Job Summary

Hitachi Vantara Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and deploying training programs that drive improvement in organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of the organization;
  • Lead a team of specialists to support training on site;
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of trainers;
  • Ensure training implementation aligns with defined standards and expectations;
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, identifying trends to inform continuous improvement;
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create effective training materials;
  • Provide training to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field, such as teaching, industrial relations, or organizational development;
  • At least 6 years of experience in training project management, including program design, administration, and evaluation;
  • Proven experience as an effective facilitator and coach;
  • Proficiency in learning management systems and authoring tools;
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office suite programs;
  • Experience in a manufacturing field is an asset.
