Job Summary

École les Dynamix is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our team. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training and practice sessions for our athletes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Plan and deliver training sessions to athletes of various skill levels, focusing on technique, strength, and conditioning.
  • Team Management: Motivate and prepare athletes for competitive events, ensuring they are physically and mentally prepared.
  • Coaching and Instruction: Participate in coaching clinic instruction, sharing your expertise with other coaches and athletes.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and evaluate athletes' performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for growth.
  • Recruitment and Evaluation: Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance, identifying potential team members.
Requirements
  • Certifications and Qualifications: Level 3 Certificate in Coaching is required.
  • Security and Safety: A criminal record check is mandatory.
  • Transportation and Travel: Willingness to travel and use public transportation is essential.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods and attention to detail are required.
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, interpersonal awareness, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, and values and ethics are essential.
Working Conditions

As a Gymnastics Coach at École les Dynamix, you will work in a non-smoking, air-conditioned environment. You will be required to work 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
