Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively seek Wireline business development opportunities through in-person meetings, phone calls, or social engagement, focusing on regional and vertical-based sales strategies.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with prospects and clients to consistently drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate effectively with regional partners, sales teams, and service providers to ensure an outstanding sales experience.
  • Conduct sales presentations and customer meetings both virtually and in person.
  • Identify and engage with decision-makers in the commercial sector, demonstrating the value Rogers can provide to meet their business needs.
  • Utilize a needs-based sales approach to offer service solutions through thorough analysis and qualification.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and surpass sales activity benchmarks.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, industry expertise, and business acumen.
  • Serve as a Rogers ambassador, ensuring a superior customer experience at all times.
Required Qualifications:
  • A proven history as a top-performing sales professional with a track record of exceeding sales objectives.
  • Relevant work experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • 2 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B sales role within the communications, technology, or retail service sectors.
  • Familiarity with CRM and tracking tools such as Salesforce.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential.
  • Willingness to travel daily within the designated area.
