Health and Benefits Director

As a key member of the WTW team, you will play a pivotal role in leading large, complex client engagements involving the design and management of comprehensive health and benefits programs. You will drive strategic growth and foster relationships with current clients, while also participating in prospecting opportunities with new clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor to the marketplace, leveraging your expertise to contribute to the evolution of healthcare delivery.

The Role

  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement tailored health and benefits strategies, including:
    • Benefit plan analysis, design, and cost savings initiatives
    • Vendor procurement, negotiation, and optimization
    • Integration of specialized health management, absence and disability management, pharmacy, data analytics, and compliance strategies
  • Drive revenue growth through:
    • Anticipating client needs and cross-selling new solutions
    • Serving as a subject matter expert in new client pursuits, crafting solutions to meet prospects' needs and contributing to closing deals
  • Oversee consultants and project managers in the design and delivery of project plans, finalizing and presenting deliverables to clients
  • Contribute to WTW's marketing efforts by speaking at conferences, writing articles, and promoting the company's expertise
  • Pioneer the development of innovative health and benefits tools and approaches, collaborating with executive leadership at vendors and clients to create next-generation solutions
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities by managing and mentoring other consultants
