Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to design and manage large group health and welfare plans
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and retention

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
    • Develop and implement strategies to cross-sell new solutions to existing clients
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of consultants and project managers to deliver high-quality projects
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Marketing and Thought Leadership
    • Represent WTW at industry conferences and events to promote our thought leadership and expertise
    • Develop and publish articles and whitepapers to showcase our expertise and thought leadership
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in the design and management of large group health and welfare plans
  • Proven ability to generate revenue and drive business growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel regularly
