Esthetician Skin Therapist and Laser Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and trained Esthetician to join our team at Hand & Stone - Guelph & Waterloo. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and results to our clients, resolving skin care concerns, and customizing each facial to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities- Client Service: Provide outstanding customer service, greeting and following up with every client to ensure their needs are met.
- Treatment Planning: Build a treatment plan and explain the treatment to each client before beginning service.
- Product Recommendations: Make appropriate recommendations on product purchases and prescribe treatments to clients.
- Sanitation and Hygiene: Uphold the highest cleaning, sanitation, and illness prevention standards in the treatment room.
- Waxing and Laser Services: Provide face and body waxing and laser hair removal services for all genders.
- Massage and Body Wraps: Offer relaxation body massage and body wraps services to clients.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a willingness to learn, understand, and promote all spa services and product lines.
- Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional work environment and appearance at all times.
- Education: Canadian Esthetic diploma is required, with a diploma program that includes massage training.
- Certifications: Dermalogica Certification (D.N.A courses) and waxing and Brazilian training and experience are required.
- Sales and Customer Service: Effective sales techniques and retail experience are an asset, as well as outstanding customer service skills.
- Schedule Flexibility: A flexible part-time schedule to fit your life is required.
- Team Player: A strong team player with a positive attitude is essential.
