Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by warmly greeting and following up with clients.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans and clearly explain procedures to clients prior to service.
  • Recommend appropriate skincare products and outline subsequent treatments for clients.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and health safety.
  • Perform waxing services for all genders, including facial and body waxing.
  • Conduct laser hair removal treatments for all genders.
  • Provide relaxation body massages and body wrap services.
  • Exhibit a willingness to learn and promote all spa services and product lines.
  • Ensure a professional work environment and appearance at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Completion of a Canadian Esthetic diploma is REQUIRED, with a program that includes massage training.
  • Certification in Dermalogica (D.N.A courses).
  • Experience and training in waxing and Brazilian techniques.
  • Retail experience and effective sales techniques are considered an asset.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
