Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Guelph, Ontario. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be an integral part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team focused on delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical services to clients in the outpatient program, including assessments, interventions, and case management.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the client's occupational needs and goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Provide education and training to clients, families, and healthcare professionals on occupational therapy practices and principles.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of program policies and procedures.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a mental health setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of community resources and services.
