Job Overview

Oversee the onsite catering services in alignment with ARAMARK's established standards to fulfill client expectations while adhering to budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the account manager in developing and organizing the execution of the ARAMARK Environmental Services program, ensuring compliance with ARAMARK's standardized practices.
  • Supervise catering service operations during meal periods to guarantee seamless functionality and implement enhancements aligned with operational goals.
  • Coordinate crew scheduling, shifts, and attendance to ensure optimal support and service during meal times.
  • Continuously improve operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Conduct safety training sessions to promote safety awareness and maintain a secure work environment.
  • Manage inventory, tools, materials, and fixed assets, ensuring that tableware and the surrounding area are maintained in a safe and clean condition.
  • Foster effective internal communication and collaboration, focusing on problem-solving to ensure smooth operations.
  • Establish strong communication with clients to meet or exceed their requirements.
  • Provide training to enhance service skills and capabilities; maintain comprehensive working journals and handover checklists.
Qualifications
  • Education: A college degree or higher.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of onsite management experience in the catering sector, preferably within large-scale property management, five-star hospitality, or customer service.
  • Vocational Skills: Familiarity with catering operations and standards, as well as professional service systems. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and possess a basic command of English.
  • Competencies: Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills. Team-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and address complex issues effectively. Demonstrated flexibility and integrity, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to excellence.
