Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to boost profits
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently
  • Monitor revenues and labor costs to ensure that they are in line with budget
  • Supervise staff to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and meeting performance expectations
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently
  • Recruit and train new staff members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
  • Set staff work schedules to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure that staff are meeting performance expectations
  • Cost products and services to ensure that we are getting the best value for our money
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the products and supplies we need to operate efficiently
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to ensure the well-being of our staff and customers
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure that we are getting the best value for our money
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to ensure that we are providing excellent customer service
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to ensure that we are promoting our restaurant effectively
  • Lead and instruct individuals to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
  • Address customer complaints or concerns to ensure that we are providing excellent customer service
  • Provide customer service to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their experience
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Will train
