Key Responsibilities

Your Impact

  1. Conduct Environmental Risk Assessments and related studies.
  2. Execute environmental modeling and simulations.
  3. Draft environmental assessment reports, analyzing climate data, meteorological data, and environmental characterization data.
  4. Develop technical methodologies and cost estimates for client proposals.
  5. Fulfill additional duties as required.
Qualifications for Success

Bachelor's degree in Science (Biology, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Geology) or Engineering (Environmental) or a recognized equivalent.

Ability to synthesize technical inputs from various disciplines into cohesive assessments.

Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in:

  1. Environmental risk assessment
  2. Environmental characterization
  3. Environmental modeling
  4. Impact assessment/environmental assessments

5 - 10 years of relevant experience in industry or government.

Experience in power generation, transmission & distribution, or nuclear facilities is beneficial.

Familiarity with Canadian nuclear regulatory requirements and environmental regulations is advantageous.

Ability to thrive in a project-driven environment, meeting deadlines and adhering to project constraints (time, cost, quality).

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple activities efficiently.

Attention to detail and experience working within a quality management system.

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to effectively engage and earn clients' trust.

Motivation to collaborate with engineering and technical professionals committed to delivering high-quality work.

Flexibility to adapt to changing assignments as projects evolve.

Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Exhibit customer-centric behavior suitable for a consultancy environment.
