About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our team at Markham Centre Financial Services Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for clients, taking into account their unique goals, risk tolerance, and financial situations.
  • Investment Management: Analyze clients' financial records, identify investment opportunities, and make recommendations to optimize their investment portfolios.
  • Trust Administration: Administer trusts, direct trust account investments, and manage trust funds to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to clients on their financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on their financial progress and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or business.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a financial planning or investment management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
