About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Consultant to join our team at Markham Centre Financial Services Inc. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing expert financial planning and investment advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for clients, taking into account their unique goals, risk tolerance, and financial situations.
  • Investment Advice: Provide expert investment advice to clients, including portfolio management, asset allocation, and investment product selection.
  • Trust Administration: Administer trusts, including receiving and recording investment income and disbursements.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze clients' financial records and provide recommendations for improving their financial health.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on their financial plans.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or economics.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
