About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Specialist to join our team at KPMG Canada. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital content strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and execute a social media content calendar that showcases KPMG Canada's expertise and thought leadership.
    • Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, including articles, videos, and infographics.
    • Manage and moderate online communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement social media campaigns that drive business results.
  • Digital Communication - Acquisition:
    • Support the acquisition of new clients by developing and implementing digital communication strategies that showcase KPMG Canada's services and expertise.
    • Update company profiles on Google and LinkedIn, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
  • Monthly Internal Newsletter:
    • Develop and implement a monthly internal newsletter that showcases KPMG Canada's news, achievements, and thought leadership.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement a content calendar that aligns with business objectives.
  • Monitoring & Inspiration:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and news, identifying opportunities to showcase KPMG Canada's expertise and thought leadership.
    • Develop and implement strategies to stay ahead of the competition, ensuring KPMG Canada remains a leader in the industry.
Requirements
  • Education: Undergraduate degree in communication, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital content strategies.
  • Skills: Mastery of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Expertise in creating engaging content, including articles, videos, and infographics. Proven ability to define strategies that support business objectives.
  • Language: Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
