Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Assistant Manager to join our team at Hope Windsor Motel Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth hotel operations, including managing staff, budgets, and resources.
- Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest experiences by ensuring high-quality service, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding guest expectations.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed financial decisions to drive business growth.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive bookings.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
Our hotel is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility, adaptability, and a strong work ethic. As a Hotel Assistant Manager, you will be expected to work a 40-hour week, with occasional overtime as required.
