Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager to lead our product strategy and vision. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing our product roadmap, driving growth, and shaping the future of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and articulate a clear product strategy that aligns with market trends and organizational goals.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and delivery.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
* Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

* 8-10 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior or principal role.
* Strong understanding of AI technologies, data privacy, and fraud mitigation.
* Proven experience with paid/programmatic advertising and retargeting technologies.
* Proven track record in scaling platforms, integrating AI features, and managing niche products.
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
