About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 0841076 BC Ltd. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and train food service staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
    • Establish and maintain effective work schedules to meet business needs.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Oversee the assembly and presentation of food trays to ensure they meet our high standards.
    • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operation of the food service department.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client focus and team player with excellent communication skills.
