Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 0729886 BC LTD. as a key member of our food service operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Leadership: Supervise and check assembly of trays, supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on food service operations and performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
