Unit Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen and food service helpers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting expectations.
- Estimate and Manage Inventory: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and manage inventory to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve their best.
- Attention to Detail: Have a keen eye for detail, with the ability to ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Be able to work effectively as part of a team, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve common goals.
