Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1456339 B.C. LTD. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities
    • Oversee the preparation and portioning of food by staff members
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate and Manage Inventory
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Quality Control and Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
  • Reporting and Scheduling
    • Prepare and submit reports as required
    • Establish work schedules for staff members
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Fast-paced environment with high pressure to meet customer demands
    • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods
  • Personal Suitability
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a hot environment and will be expected to stand for extended periods. The physical demands of this role require a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
