Sales Representative

S3 Group Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of specialized equipment and products, seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Mitchell, Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage forecasts, quoting, order process, and product returns to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Research and generate new customer leads and contacts to drive sales growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer specifications and records, both in hard copy and digital formats.
- Prepare individual quotes for products and blanket quotes for customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Provide technical support to customers in the development of new products, facilitating inspection and testing of customer-sent samples.
- Maintain accurate records of quoted pieces not yet assigned part numbers, ensuring efficient order processing.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Manager, requiring a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales and customer service, with a Grade 12 diploma.
- Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Experience with sales and customer service, with a strong background in agricultural sales preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive and cooperative team player, capable of working with minimal supervision and maintaining a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
