About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at 9467-4322 Québec Inc. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing the operations of a cocktail lounge or bar, ensuring seamless execution of events and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and plan events, including weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings, to ensure timely and successful execution.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Logistics: Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during events, ensuring minimal disruption to the event and maintaining a positive experience for guests.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a related field
  • Skills: Attention to detail, tight deadlines, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, organized, team player, time management
