Workday Student Financials Senior Principal Consultant

Cognizant is seeking a seasoned Workday Student Financials expert to join our dynamic team of consultants. As a Senior Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results to our clients by leveraging your in-depth knowledge of Workday Student Financials.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, configure, test, and implement Workday Student Financials solutions.
- Reinforce company policies and procedures to team members.
- Drive tactical direction of project workstreams and identify dependencies.
- Lead, mentor, and oversee the work of other consultants.
- Guide clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions.
- Regularly engage with clients to ensure a smooth transition to Workday Student Financials.
- Perform multiple tasks under limited direction and keep stakeholders informed.
- Take a leadership position on projects and contribute to Cognizant's growth.
- Display hands-on expertise in software configuration and data conversion.
- Act as a mentor to fellow consultants and analysts.
- Participate in training and share skills with others.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Subject Matter Expertise in Student Financials, ideally in a lead role on a Workday Student project.
- Experience gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and deploying solutions.
- Report writing experience highly desired.
- Workday Student certification is required unless the individual has experience with the Workday Student financials module.
- Project leadership and exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
