Position Title: Project Manager

Company: Flynn Group of Companies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and oversee labor target rates
  • Engage in daily communication with project teams
  • Foster relationships with internal departments, suppliers, and clients
  • Lead project initiation, transitions, and review meetings
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Create and manage project timelines
  • Monitor and negotiate change orders
  • Accountable for overall project performance

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Project Manager capacity
  • Educational qualifications in civil engineering or a related discipline
  • Familiarity with the curtain wall/glazing sector is advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and MS Project
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation abilities
  • Capability to thrive in a collaborative team setting

Work Environment: Office-based, Salaried, Full-time
