A Day in the LifeAs a Glazing Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring Labour target rates are set and managed, communicating with the project team on a daily basis, and establishing and maintaining relationships with internal teams, external suppliers, and customers.
You will also identify potential conflicts and negotiate best solutions, serve as the main point of contact for assigned scope of work, and lead project kickoffs, hand offs, and autopsy meetings with the project team.
Additionally, you will work with Safety, Site Supervisor, and Foreman to ensure all Safety measures are in place, pre-plan the execution of projects, and develop schedules with the project team.

What We Are SeekingWe are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a commercial construction industry, particularly in curtain wall construction.
Candidates should have a strong educational background in a civil engineering or building science program, as well as proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project.
Strong organizational, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
