Glazing Project Manager

We are a leading trade contractor in North America, specializing in the construction of building envelopes, including roofing, glazing, waterproofing, and architectural metals. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality services that meet the diverse needs of our customers.
A Day in the LifeAs a Glazing Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring labor target rates are set and managed, communicating with the project team on a daily basis, and establishing and maintaining relationships with internal teams, external suppliers, and customers. You will also identify potential conflicts and negotiate best solutions, take the lead on project kickoffs, handoffs, and autopsy meetings with the project team, and work with Safety, Site Supervisor, and Foreman to ensure all Safety measures are in place.

What We Are SeekingWe are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 3+ years' experience in a commercial construction industry, particularly in curtain wall construction. You should have a strong understanding of the curtain wall/glazing industry, proficiency in MS office package, including MS Project, and strong organizational and communication skills. You should also be able to multi-task and work in a team environment.
