Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and precise collection and posting of customer payments
  • Engage with customers regarding overdue accounts and address any issues hindering payment
  • Maintain accurate and current records of customer interactions
  • Provide necessary documentation to customers as proof of sales and delivery
  • Manage credit hold lists and communicate updates to branch management
  • Update customer information in the system, including contact details
  • Follow up on payment timelines
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients
  • Offer feedback and updates to the Accounts Receivable Department as required

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Post-secondary education in Accounting is considered an asset
  • Strong data entry capabilities
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
