About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Banking Advisor to join our team at Banque Nationale du Canada. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, building strong relationships, and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Greet clients, answer questions, and provide personalized support to meet their banking needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our banking products and services, and be able to advise clients on the best options for their financial situation.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions to meet their goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve team goals.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and bank policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
  • Experience: Customer service experience, with a strong focus on building relationships and providing excellent service.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
