About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Banking Advisor to join our team at Banque Nationale du Canada. As a Banking Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Assist Clients

Provide a warm and welcoming experience for clients, answering their questions and addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner.

  • Offer Financial Solutions

Help clients navigate our banking applications and ABMs, and provide personalized advice and transaction solutions to meet their financial needs.

  • Build Lasting Relationships

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

  • Ensure Client Satisfaction

Monitor and address client concerns, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the service they receive.

Requirements
  • Education

A college diploma (DEC) or equivalent is required.

  • Experience

Customer service experience, inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity are essential.

  • Skills

Positive attitude, empathy for clients, interest in technology, and ability to adapt to different situations are required.
