Banking Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Banking Advisor to join our team at Banque Nationale du Canada. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, building lasting relationships, and helping them achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities- Client Service: Greet clients, answer questions, and provide personalized support to meet their banking needs.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our banking products and services, and be able to advise clients on the best options for their financial situation.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve team goals.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and bank policies.
- Education: Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
- Experience: Customer service experience, with a strong focus on building relationships and providing exceptional service.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
