Position Overview

The Human Resources Supervisor at Jordan & Neil M Enterprises plays a pivotal role in shaping the workforce and ensuring a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development: Design, implement, and assess human resources policies and programs.
  • Advisory Role: Provide guidance to management and staff regarding human resources policies, benefits, and collective agreements.
  • Conflict Resolution: Facilitate mediation in labor disputes and grievances.
  • Program Administration: Oversee employment equity and other human resources initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Coordinate employee performance evaluations and development programs.
  • Training Oversight: Manage strategies for employee training and professional growth.
  • Data Analysis: Supervise the examination of employee data and information.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and oversee human resources personnel.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of College or CEGEP.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 to less than 3 years in a related field.
