Bookkeeping Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at MEAN TO CLEAN INC. as a permanent full-time position.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements, using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Accounting and Reporting: Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and generate financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Payroll Administration: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
