Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the repair and maintenance of medical devices
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Conduct thorough assessments of equipment performance
- Develop and maintain repair protocols and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service processes
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members
- Monitor inventory levels of repair parts and supplies
- Engage in special projects as assigned
