About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Professional to join our team at IBM Computing. As a Technical Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge of IBM products and services.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of IBM products and services.
- Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in multiple languages considered advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in client-facing roles, preferably working directly with customer issues.
- Knowledge of databases, web deployment, and network administration.
